Refund Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the agent doesn't work as described. You'll need to provide evidence. Brash reviews the request and makes a final decision.
Who can request a refund
Any buyer who purchased an agent on Brash within the last 7 days.
What qualifies for a refund
A refund request is valid when the agent doesn't work as described in the listing.
Valid reasons
- The agent crashes or fails to run, and you've followed the README installation steps correctly
- A feature described in the listing is absent from the package
- The required dependencies or API keys are materially different from what's stated in the listing
- The package is corrupted or empty
Not valid reasons
- You changed your mind
- The agent is harder to set up than you expected (technical level is stated on every listing)
- The agent doesn't produce results you're happy with, but it does work as described
- You bought the wrong agent (see goodwill exception below)
- The builder's tech stack isn't what you prefer
- You found a similar agent cheaper elsewhere
Goodwill exception — accidental purchases: if you contact us within 24 hours of a clearly mistaken purchase (e.g., wrong listing, duplicate purchase) and have not yet downloaded the agent, we may issue a full refund as a goodwill exception at our discretion. Contact support@bebrash.co with your order details.
What evidence to provide
When you submit a refund request, you need to include at least one of:
- Screenshots or text of the error messages you received
- A description of what you did step-by-step and where it failed
- The output (or lack of output) you got vs. what the listing described
- Any deployment logs that show the failure
Vague requests ("it didn't work") without supporting detail will be returned to you for more information before we process them.
How to request a refund
- Go to My Purchases on bebrash.co
- Find the purchase and click Request Refund
- Select the reason and describe what went wrong
- Submit
You'll receive a confirmation email. The builder is notified and has 5 business days to resolve the issue directly with you. If unresolved, Brash steps in.
Timeline
| Step | Who | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| Submit request | Buyer | Within 7 days of purchase |
| Builder response | Builder | Up to 5 business days |
| Brash review (if unresolved) | Brash | Up to 5 business days |
| Refund processed | Brash / Stripe | 3–7 business days after approval |
If your refund is approved
- You receive a full refund to your original payment method
- Your download access to the agent is revoked
- Your review (if submitted) remains on the listing
If your refund is denied
- You keep access to the agent
- You receive an email explaining the decision
- You can contact support@bebrash.co once to dispute the decision — we'll review it a second time. After that, the decision is final.
Brash is a platform of builders who put real work into their agents. Refunds exist to protect buyers from genuine failures — not to undermine builders. We apply this policy fairly in both directions.
